The purpose of the personal data collected is to build a customer database for David Bourmaud in order to send communication campaigns relating to the activity of Le Clos du Petit Saint Thomas.

In accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, we collect Personal Data only when we have a legal basis to do so.

Personal Data is collected either:

• on the basis of your consent
• in order to fulfil our legal obligations

• We collect Personal Data on the basis of your consent for the following purposes: managing your booking requests and questions and sending you our communication campaigns.
• We may also be required to retain your Personal Data when the law obliges Us to do so or in order to assert the rights We hold under the law.

For any stay booking, it is mandatory for Us to collect your personal data in order to process the booking. If the data is not provided, your booking may not be taken into account.

Only David Bourmaud will receive and access the personal data. Your Data is kept for the entire period necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and, in any event, will be destroyed at the end of that period.

In accordance with the regulations in force, You have a right of access to your Data. You also have the option to request the correction of Your Personal Data if it is inaccurate. You also have the right, depending on the purpose of the processing, to request that incomplete Personal Data be completed.

You may, within the limits provided for by law, exercise your right to data portability, allowing You to retrieve, in an interoperable format, the Personal Data that You have provided to Us.

You may request the erasure of your Personal Data in the following cases:

• You consider that the processing of your Personal Data that We carry out is no longer necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this Personal Data Protection Policy;
• You consider that the processing is unlawful or you dispute the accuracy of the Data that We process concerning You;
• You have withdrawn your consent to the processing of your Data.

It is also possible for You, within the limits provided for by law, to request the restriction of the processing of your Data.

Please note that despite the exercise of your right to erasure of the Data or to restriction of the processing, We will retain certain of your Personal Data when the law requires Us to do so or in order to exercise or ensure the defence of our rights.
