The spaces
La Villa Arty is a two-storey house available to rent all year round and rated 4 stars. It sleeps up to 12 guests and has its own private entrance. The decor is "Arty", with artistic touches and a nod to our local artists. The bedrooms are named after Paul Baudry, Henri Murail, Cécile Sauvage and Florelle.

Spacious and light-filled, each with its own bathroom, including the Paul Baudry, Henri Murail, Cécile Sauvage and Florelle bedrooms, reached upstairs by an old wooden staircase overlooking the courtyard.
1 living room & dining room
On the ground floor, a cosy living room with two double sofa beds and a welcoming dining room that can seat up to 30 guests.
1 fully equipped kitchen
Everything you need to cook and gather together.
1 four-person sauna
Set in the old wood-fired oven room, with its own shower room and WC.

Location
In the historic village of La Garnache, on Vendée's near-coastal belt. Every amenity is within walking distance (bakery, supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, tobacconist…).

The decor draws on artists from the Vendée, right down to the names of the bedrooms: Paul Baudry, Henri Murail, Cécile Sauvage, Florelle. That is the spirit of the house.
